Please email us at info@almaslighting.ca in case of a wrong shipping address. Almas Lighting will not be held liable for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address after 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, we are not able to cancel an order once its been placed.
All purchases made through our website are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except for defective items or in exceptional cases approved by Almas Lighting Inc.
In-store purchases may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please email us at info@almaslighting.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will take care of it. Please provide us with your order number and a picture of the fixture.
