1. Shipping Information

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • All orders are subject to product availability. If any item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update or alternative options.

2. Free Local Delivery – GTA (within 25 km)

We offer free local delivery for outdoor-lighting orders over $350 CAD (pre-tax) within 25 km of our Concord location.

– Automatic Eligibility: Shopify will recognize qualifying addresses at checkout—no code needed.

– Delivery Timeframe: Orders are delivered within 24 hours of processing, Monday–Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM, subject to product availability and driver scheduling.

You will receive a booking confirmation once your delivery is scheduled.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

In-Store Returns or Exchanges (within 30 days)

– Must be returned in-store within 30 days of purchase.

– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

– Customers are responsible for return transportation.

– No mail-in returns will be accepted without prior written approval.

Final Sale & Exclusions

– All online orders are FINAL SALE, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

– Accessories are final sale and not eligible for warranty.

4. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only. It does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, weather exposure, or normal wear and tear.
All claims must be brought in-store with proof of purchase.

5. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the estimated time, please email info@almaslighting.ca with your name and order number.
We’ll review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
