Shipping & Return Policy

1. All orders are processed within 7-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We offer different shipment methods listed at the order checkout, as well as customer pickup at our warehouse.

3. If you haven’t received your order despite confirmation, please contact us at our e-mail address with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
