Terms of service
1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”), whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Almas Lighting Inc., with its registered office reachable at info@almaslighting.ca, concerning your access to and use of our websites, mobile versions, and any associated platforms (collectively, the “Site”).
- By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, or lack the legal capacity to be bound, you must cease use of the Site immediately.
- These Terms of Service, your use of the Site, and any resulting agreements are governed by the laws of Canada. If you access the Site from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
- All orders placed through the Site are governed by the terms outlined on the order page and those below.
2. Our Services
- The Site offers outdoor lighting products for homeowners, businesses, and contractors. Orders may be placed directly through the Site or by contacting us.
- You may purchase products using available payment methods at checkout. Third-party payment processors are subject to their own terms and policies, which you agree to when using their services.
- Orders are non-refundable and final once confirmed, with the exception of a 24-hour cancellation window following purchase confirmation. We encourage you to review orders carefully prior to completion.
3. Claims and Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@almaslighting.ca and must include:
- Full name
- Mailing and email address
- Clear description of the issue
- Desired resolution
Complaints will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt. Our response will be sent to the email address provided.
We may request additional information to resolve your claim. If you fail to respond within the specified period (no shorter than 7 days), your complaint may be closed without resolution.
4. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All submitted information is truthful, accurate, and current
- You will maintain the accuracy of this information
- You have legal capacity to agree to these Terms
- You are not a minor in your jurisdiction
- You will not access the Site using bots, scripts, or automated methods
- You will not use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Your use of the Site complies with applicable laws
If any submitted information is inaccurate or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to reclaim or modify any username deemed inappropriate or misleading.

9. Limitation of Liability

- These Terms remain binding for as long as you use the Site, maintain an account, or have outstanding obligations to us, and for up to 2 years afterward, or as long as legally required.
- Both parties may agree in writing to an earlier termination of these Terms.
